No questions were asked to determine correct endorsement. Quoted around $250 to add driver they were already supposed to be adding - they somehow added my sister who lives in Texas instead. I have a family member who works within State Farm corporation - I hope the attitude I encountered and ineptitude regarding adding drivers, customer care, and proper "endorsement" up-charging get back to them in more ways than one."
